Service Offered

Notary:  Convenient and professional notary public service provided in Hawaii County.  Located in North Kohala but will also drive to Waimea, Kona, and Hilo.   All of your notary needs can be taken care of including loan signings, deeds, power of attorneys, etc.

Fees

Fees vary depending on how many documents you need notarized and on what part of the island you require service.  Discount rates are available for multiple in your office loan signings, Senior Centers, Assisted Living & Group Homes.

Notary fees: 

• Loan Signing rates start at $100.

• General notary signings are $5 per signature with a $10 minimum for those who come to my location.

• Mobile Notary rates are $5 per signature being notarized plus a cost for the mobile service to cover time and travel.  The following rates are for the mobile service (time and travel fee):

  • $10-$20 in Kohala depending on specific location

  • $50 to Kawaihae

  • $70 to Waimea/Kamuela

  • $80 to Waikoloa

  • $100 to Kona

  • $150 to Hilo  

• $0.50 per page for laser printed e-documents.

• Overnighting or delivering documents on-island documents also available.
